As a business owner and designer, Megan has learned that collaboration is the best way to succeed for everyone. Design is a way to bring lots of ideas together to create a space that is both beautiful and evokes emotion, but is also functional.

Megan earned her degree in Interior Design from Utah State University in 2007. With a background in commercial design, processes and effective organization are a priority in every design to make sure the end product is successful.

Apiary is just a fancy word for beehive.

Tay brings a unique element to residential design by having experience that ranges from new construction and remodels to home furnishing and accessorizing. Through her years as a designer, she has been involved in many aspects of the design process.

She believes every space can be made beautiful with the application of the correct design principles. Because of her passion for design, she has worked hard to understand design aesthetics and styles and can easily deliver great finished products based on each client's individual taste. She excels at designing spaces that are bold and full of character, and also stand the test of time.

Rachel believes every home has the potential to become a beautiful and meaningful space. She offers a balance of creativity and collaboration with a structured and detailed mentality.

Her personal style is an intersection of elegance and audacity. Rachel has experience in all aspects of the design process and has worked with both residential and commercial projects.

The Process . . .

THE WHO:

Each project comes with its own set of challenges. Our goal is to work cooperatively with the client, contractor, architect, planning commission, HOA, subcontractors, engineers, financial planners, real estate agents, neighbors, the family dog and anyone else who needs to be involved! It takes a small army to bring any project to fruition, and we all have the same goal; a beautiful project that is on time and on budget! We can't do that alone, so working closely with everyone is a priority.

THE WHY AND WHEN WE DO WHAT WE DO:

EXECUTION

Because there are so many disciplines involved in completing a project, the process becomes super important. Information is required up front so electrical and plumbing can be placed correctly. Which means cabinetry needs finalized near the beginning, even though it goes in toward the end. Which means selecting appliances has to happen early in the process so cabinetry is accurate in the kitchen. Plumbing pieces need selected early on, so things are plumbed in the correct place.....it goes on and on. And that's where we shine! We can imagine the creative and amazing space you want...and more importantly, we can get that information to the right people at the right time. That makes for a happy contractor, which makes for a happy client, which makes for a happy project!
